Exhibit 99.1 Dear Shareholders, The first quarter was another outstanding quarter for Carvana. We grew retail units sold 46% year-over-year to nearly 134,000, a new company record. This growth makes us the fastest growing automotive retailer by a large margin. Amongst the other public automotive retailers, the fastest same store unit growth was 6%.
