As of December 31, 2023, we had cash outside the Trust Account of 70,134availableforworkingcapitalneeds.AllremainingcashisheldintheTrustAccountandisgenerallyunavailableforouruse,priortoaninitialBusinessCombination,andisrestrictedforuseeitherinaBusinessCombinationortoredeemtheordinaryshares.AsofDecember31,2023,noneoftheamountondepositintheTrustAccountwasavailabletobewithdrawnasdescribedabove.28AsofDecember31,2023,wehadcashof70,134 available for working capital needs.
