Genasys Completes Board of Directors Reconstitution

Genasys' Board of Directors now consists of outside directors Rick Osgood (Chairman), Mark Culhane (Audit Committee Chair), Susan Lee Schmeiser (Director), Senator Bill Dodd (Director) and Craig Fugate (Director).
