UDR Beats Q2 FFOA & Revenue Estimates, Ups 2024 Guidance

UDR Inc. (UDR) reported second-quarter 2024 funds from operations as adjusted (FFOA) per share of 62 cents, which surpassed the Zacks Consensus Estimate of 61 cents.
