HIGHLIGHT Austroid Australia Pty Ltd (a related entity of Liatam Mining Pty Ltd) has acquired the remaining 20% of the Quartz Hill Joint Venture and Novo’s 100% interest in Gold and Silver rights in the Quartz Hill Joint Venture for A$850,000 (CAD$774,000) cash.
