Shell-CNOOC JV to Expand its Petrochemical Complex in China

Shell plc (SHEL) recently announced that CNOOC and Shell Petrochemicals Company Limited (CSPC) have jointly taken a final investment decision to expand its petrochemical complex in Daya Bay, Huizhou, China.
