Nova Completes Acquisition of Sentronics

REHOVOT, Israel, Feb. 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Nova (Nasdaq: NVMI) announced today that it completed the acquisition of Sentronics Metrology GmbH, a privately held company headquartered in Germany.
