Corteva Announces Pricing of Senior Notes Offering

INDIANAPOLIS, May 12, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Corteva, Inc. ("Corteva") (NYSE: CTVA) today announced the pricing of a public offering by its direct subsidiary, EIDP, Inc. ("EIDP") of $500 million principal amount of its 5.125% Senior Notes due in 2032 (the "Notes"). The Notes will pay interest semi-annually at a rate of 5.125% per year and will mature on May 15, 2032.
