Wereldhave and Sofidy (Tikehau Group), a leading European real estate investment and asset management firm, have partnered on the acquisition of shopping center Stadshart Zoetermeer, and parking garages, in Zoetermeer, the Netherlands, from Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield.
