(NASDAQ:OPK) (the "Company") today announced the pricing of its private offering of 200.0millionaggregateprincipalamountofitsConvertibleSeniorNotesdue2029(the"Notes").TheCompanygrantedtheinitialpurchaserintheofferinganoptiontopurchase,withinthe13−dayperiodbeginningon,andincluding,thedateonwhichtheNotesarefirstissued,uptoanadditional200.0 million aggregate principal amount of its Convertible Senior Notes due 2029 (the "Notes").
