HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ConocoPhillips (NYSE: COP) today reported fourth-quarter 2023 earnings of $3.0 billion, or$2.52 per share, compared with fourth-quarter 2022 earnings of $3.2 billion, or$2.61 per share. Excluding special items, fourth-quarter 2023 adjusted earnings were $2.9 billion, or$2.40 per share, compared with fourth-quarter 2022 adjusted earnings of $3.4 billion, or$2.71 per share.
