CareTrust REIT Acquires Three Property Skilled Nursing Portfolio in Texas and Missouri

SAN CLEMENTE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CareTrust REIT, Inc. (NYSE:CTRE) announced today the acquisition of three skilled nursing facilities for approximately $55.6 million, inclusive of transaction costs.
