Cyclacel's Fadraciclib Demonstrates Efficacy in Patient-Derived Colorectal Cancer Models at the 2024 ASCO Annual Meeting

The data showed that CRC PDOs were more sensitive to fadraciclib treatment than either chemotherapy or palbociclib. The investigators demonstrated fadraciclib's ability to inhibit both CDK2 and CDK9, cause anaphase catastrophe, downregulate MYC protein levels and induce apoptosis.
