本公司及董事会全体成员保证信息披露的内容真实、准确、完整,没有虚假 记载、误导性陈述或重大遗漏。 劲仔食品集团股份有限公司(以下简称"公司")于近日收到国联民生证券 承销保荐有限公司(以下简称"国联民生承销保荐")出具的《关于更换持续督 导保荐代表人的函》,公司持续督导的保荐代表人发生变更,具体情况如下: 国联民生承销保荐作为公司 2022 年度非公开发行股票的保荐机构,原委派 赵凯和孙振负责持续督导工作。公司本次非公开发行股票募集资金已于 2025 年 12 月使用完毕,国联民生承销保荐部分持续督导义务尚未履行完毕。现因孙振 工作调整,不再负责公司本次非公开发行股票的持续督导工作,为保证相关工作 的有序进行,国联民生承销保荐现委派阙雯磊(简历详见附件)接替孙振,继续 履行持续督导相关工作。 本次保荐代表人变更后,公司 2022 年度非公开发行股票的持续督导保荐代 表人为赵凯和阙雯磊,持续督导期限至中国证券监督管理委员会和深圳证券交易 所规定的持续督导义务结束为止。 公司董事会对原保荐代表人孙振先生在持续督导期间所做的贡献表示衷心 感谢。 证券代码:003000 证券简称:劲仔食品 公告编号:2026-007 ...
